By accessing this website or purchasing our services/products, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to all the terms, please refrain from using our website or services. Eco Travellers provides a full range of tourism-related services, including customizable tour packages, adventure activities, accommodations, and transportation services. Provide accurate and complete information during registration or booking.
Pay 30-50% Advance for booking your Trip. The remaining balance must be paid once the trip starts. Cancellations made 10 days before the scheduled date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 4-9 days will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations within 72 hours of the scheduled date are non-refundable.
Eco Travellers reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the trip due to unavoidable circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest). In such cases, alternative arrangements will be provided. It is highly recommended for participants to have valid travel insurance covering medical emergencies, accidents, and trip cancellations.
Participants must carry a valid government-issued ID at all times during the trip. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they have all necessary permits or documents if required for certain locations. Eco Travellers is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage caused by unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. Customers are responsible for their belongings during our services. Eco Travellers will not be held responsible for any loss, theft, damage, or injury sustained during the trip. Customers are advised to take care of their belongings and follow the safety instructions provided by the tour guide. Participation in adventure activities is at the customer’s own risk.
Participants are expected to maintain decorum and respect the local culture and environment.
Consumption of alcohol or any prohibited substances is strictly forbidden during activities.
Eco Travellers reserves the right to remove any participant from the trip if they engage in behavior that is deemed unsafe, disruptive, or disrespectful.
Pack light but include essentials such as warm clothing, comfortable footwear etc. The itinerary may be subject to change due to weather conditions. Please be prepared for cold temperatures and possible delays. Keep rainproof or snow proof gear in your luggage for unexpected weather changes. Be punctual at all assembly points during the trip to avoid delays. Participants failing to report on time may have to make their own arrangements to catch up with the group. Inform Eco Travellers in advance of any medical conditions, allergies, or dietary restrictions. Participants must be in reasonable physical health to engage in trekking or other adventure activities, as applicable.
